We were delighted present our third chapter of The Hidden Wing on Saturday 6th December. Keeping true to Angels with Bagpipes, we deliver a popup restaurant with that special touch. Chapter Three was a celebration of Scotland’s winter months and the glorious flavours we have relished for generations.
With Head Chefs Fraser’s Smith natural flare to blend tradition with innovative techniques, his menu took centre stage of an evening bursting with culinary excellence and festive cheer.
