Carefully Balanced

Carefully balanced between the Old World and the New, the list handpicks some of the best bottles from all the great wine producing regions of the world. There are examples of famous Bordeaux appellations such as Margaux as well as, say, Tasmanian Pinot Noirs which may come from less well-known producers but which are superb examples of their kind. Constantly evolving, the wine list at Angels with Bagpipes aims to showcase the finest examples of the winemakers’ art. Slowly but surely, we are developing a name for keeping one of the best cellars in Edinburgh.

 

  

Fine Selection

We have a fine selection of Prosecco or Champagne if you want to get your meal off to a bubbly start and we have a prestigious range of cognacs, malt whiskies and liqueurs to bring it to a close. Alternatively, sample one of our grappas for an Italian finish to your meal.

  

Wine Cellar

We store our wine in a custom built, temperature controlled wine cellar that keeps the bottles in peak condition. We hope you enjoy them. Our staff are more than happy to make recommendations for wines to match specific dishes.
